When Covid restrictions began lifting, a client came to us wanting to hold a program for 8,000 that still followed health practices to ensure everyone's safety. Our experienced citywide event planning team worked closely with our client and numerous vendor-partners to support a complex program rich with education, general sessions, celebrations of new members and leadership, teambuilding and networking.
Events ranged in size from 75-8,000 people. The CSI DMC team collaborated with numerous stakeholders throughout the program. Producing the final night at PETCO Park was logistically challenging and a resounding success. 8,000 people were able to safely engage for an evening of games, great food, live entertainment, and fireworks.
