Our team masterfully produced two back-to-back events in Orlando recently. The catch? It had to be unlike anything the group of 1100 guests had experienced before. Our creative design team got to work!
Night One: Food and Wine Balloon Festival
The vision was an elevated Food and Wine Festival, incorporating stunning, enormous hot air balloons and their miniature counterparts peppered throughout the event, creating an elegant backdrop lush with Florida's vibrant landscape, with a nod to a local vineyard known for tropical fruit wines. The entire scene was brought to life using a stunning mix of bright colors, luxurious linens, and florals. The miniature hot air balloons served as whimsical décor and lighting, elements, supplemented by string and uplighting that bathed the natural surroundings in soft light. Fun-loving activations included a stationary wine bicycle, on-site sommelier, and a litany of beautiful wine barrels repurposed as tables and entrance décor, echoing a wine festival vibe. The entire concept was a hit with guests, who were quick to snap memories together on their phones.
Night Two: Barefoot Blue Jeans Night
The second event was a 'Barefoot Blue Jean Night', inspired by Jake Owen's song. The theme brought forth an authentic, local 'summer on the lake' feel. The relaxed setting included classic décor elements that blended well with the natural environment, with rustic wood, rich colors, and lakeside elements thoughtfully placed. Custom elements, including a giant tree bar and big canvas white palms helped tie the theme together, as did dinghy boat bars and a dock-style entrance. Oversized lanterns and lush centerpieces featuring native wildflowers were an eclectic touch, and the two VW buses that served as photobooths and beer taps were an instant hit!
