Our client, who had recently acquired another company, tasked our CSI DMC team with designing a networking event to bring two companies together in a fun-filled, bonding event.
Our team was thrilled to be given the creative freedom to bring their unique ideas to life. Weather forced a move indoors, however, the team had created an adaptable theme of glitz and glamour. Held in the West Ballroom of The Broadmoor, the stunning space dripped with dazzling jewels and lush tablescapes dappled with gold geometric accents. Guests connected over delicious cuisine and joined together in a fascinating geode-splitting activation, which revealed hidden crystals beneath the rock surfaces.
Last minute changes to transportation allowed our team to demonstrate their expertise, strong rapport locals and excellent communications with the client. While busy with the dynamics of two companies joining together, our local team was honored by the outstanding commendation our client shared. We can't wait to work them again, either!
