Need to shut down downtown Nashville for an event? Let’s do it! When a client came to us asking for an event for 6,000 people in Music City that pulled out all the stops, our team got to work.
Working closely with airport personnel and security, CSI seamlessly transported attendees to 15 downtown hotels, using over 150 motor coaches. In addition, CSI's top transportation specialists deployed 48 greeters, dispatchers, and transportation personnel to manage arrivals and departures between the airport and 15 downtown hotels.
As the finale to a week-long convention, guests were able to experience a first-time street party that shut down multiple streets on Broadway, Nashville. Over 68 vendors and 42 shops were involved, and close to 15,000 meals were served. Named entertainment and various support acts wowed the crowd. CSI handled the event's design, logistical planning, and delivery from start to finish, working with the client, their stakeholders, the city, and vendor partners to create an exceptional experience.
