Meetings ran from 6 AM to midnight, and sessions were held during guests' time zones, requiring a staff of 150 team members on a rotating schedule to manage registration tables, direct guests, and ensure smooth event execution.
Working around the clock to ensure seamless logistics and communications, our local team engaged a professional team of translators, all ready to accommodate the over 30 languages spoken by attendees. With every detail top of mind, the team also arranged accommodations for those with speech, vision, and hearing differences, and support for guests who used wheelchairs.
