A communications client asked CSI DMC for help planning a spectacular team-building activity for 600 guests that would knock it out of the park. Our team's goal is always to create an exceptional experience, so we knew that only a buyout of an entire baseball stadium would do!
The team got to work on creating a memorable afternoon at Coors Field. However, the night before brought in freezing rain. the possibility of cancellation was looming in the frigid air. Our team raced to the outdoor baseball stadium to assess the possibilities of keeping the event. the team worked quickly to reconfigure the entire day of team-building activities. All activities were moved to the covered and unaffected portion of the stadium, and our team created different stations for each activity to happen still.
Happy guests poured in, and after an energizing kickoff, the games began! 30 teams competed against each other for best in cheer, fastest pitch in a dugout, best in trivia, blowing the biggest bubble and best in batting while having fun with the Colorado Rockies mascot. It was a day of fun, excitement, and movement for guests. Smiling faces and laughter prevailed despite the frigid temperatures. Our team hit a home run!
