Our team pulled off an incredible multi-day litigation retreat program for 900 that blew away our client. We had something special planned for every day and night, but one night stood out as the highlight. Our client booked Lin Manuel's Freestyle Love Supreme, a New York-based dance group, as the headliner, and as a result, they wanted an elegant, Central Park-inspired theme.
And so, Midnight in the Park was born. The vibe was a vintage New York jazz club with black, gold, and natural elements. The centerpiece was a massive truss with suspended fringe and ten crystal chandeliers that dazzled attendees. Our team had to develop several décor solutions to turn a disjointed area into an event space that felt beautifully cohesive. When it rained on the event day, we quickly shifted the design diagram so that all elements got moved under cover. It was a huge team effort re-situating on the fly to keep the mood and dream alive, but we loved the design even more than the original in the end! The client was in awe of our space transformation and will return to the same hotel in 2024 to create another exceptional experience with CSI DMC!
