CSI DMC felt the heat when our franchisee client landed in Las Vegas with their 4,000-person program and 3 weeks to prep for a spectacular themed event.
Given the short turnaround time and magnitude, CSI DMC pulled local and regional operational resources into the program to execute and offset vendor shortages. Maximizing our logistical expertise, the team got to work while simultaneously engaging 12 different vendors to deliver on the extensive decor, entertainment and overall thematic promise and delivery of the event.
Upon arriving at the convention space, guests were immersed in a unique backyard BBQ experience reflecting the energy of the corporation and franchisees with an unexpected, cool theme that spoke to the brand. CSI DMC designed the entire vision, providing extensive decor, seating, linens, florals, bistro lighting, and photo booth entertainment, and supported the catering vision collaboratively with the venue.
