Against all odds, our CSI DMC team transformed a highly anticipated program into an extraordinary experience in under 90 days! With 400 guests to impress, the team dreamed up several unique events that celebrated the beauty of Sonoran life in a new and inspiring way.
Kicking off the festivities with a lawn party didn't go quite as planned when Mother nature delivered a freak hailstorm, the outcome looked grim. Not to be deterred, the team rolled up their sleeves and revamped the event seamlessly into a stylish soiree.
Guests were wowed the next night as roaming artisans, violinists and breathtaking aerial performers enchanted them beneath star-filled skies, so much so, that by the final night, guests were keen to peek inside a custom-built tent to see what was next! They were surprised and delighted upon entering into beautifully themed environment adorned with feathers and floral elegance, before enjoying a mesmerizing performance by a Grammy award winning artist. Despite the challenges, the client proclaimed the entire program a resounding success!
