CSI DMC was charged with seamlessly transporting 400 guests from the airport to The Broadmoor, in Colorado Springs, before pulling out all the stops for a real estate development company's five-day appreciation trip. It was to be an action-packed program that challenged the team to demonstrate flawless expertise and teamwork.
Guests joined a welcome lunch that set the tone for an exciting week of activities, including a high-level VIP event that had gone through several design iterations. It began as dinner was served with an unexpected side of activities. Guests indulged in oxygen bars, yard games, photo booths, and handlers with birds of prey were a crowd favorite. After a stunning performance of the national anthem, former President George W. Bush spoke, leaving everyone inspired. Meanwhile, our team and venue partners expertly transformed an outdoor area into a stunning after-dinner casino-themed reception. Guests had a blast with all the best table games, a custom whiskeytasting experience and an amazing DJ who got everyone grooving!
