Initially, both companies will continue operating as separate entities, with plans to unify under a single brand before the end of the year.

The merger process was facilitated by Objective Investment Banking & Valuation for 360DG, while CSI DMC collaborated with Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips. This union represents a natural progression for both companies, combining a revenue of $200 million, a team of 360 employees, and operations in 46 destinations nationwide. With a shared commitment to innovation, high-touch service, and deep industry expertise, the merged entity is poised to set a new standard in the DMC industry.
