How we got here…
Our three decades of success in destination and event management is first and foremost a result of our clients’ trust in our capabilities. We started from scratch in 1987 in Washington, DC, as Capitol Services, Inc. (CSI), providing extensive destination management services. Since then, we’ve evolved our business model purposefully to serve our clients successfully all over the world. Staying true to our core competencies, we’ve been able to establish best practices in Destination and Event Management, leverage our buying power, and deliver over 600 events a year working with trusted partnerships and in strategically placed offices throughout the USA.

Now recognized as one of the top 25 DMCs in the world by Special Events Magazine, CSI has evolved into a hybrid destination and event management company “CSI DMC” trusted and referred by clients and industry cohorts alike.

Driven by our leadership and creative methodology, we consistently deliver exceptional supervision and seamless execution of programs and transportation logistics, regardless of the size, scope, complexity, or location of a program. This is backed by our professional experience and reliability to ensure our clients enjoy an Exceptional Experience Every Time, Anywhere.

We are not a franchise nor are we a consortium. Our independent ownership allows CSI to remain flexible, respond quickly, and ensure that our clients come first. Strengthened by over 60 full time event professionals across 9 regional locations, and additional reach through strategic partnerships, CSI has the experience and resources to support events from 20 to 50,000 guests—yet retains the boutique touch and attentive service that only a wholly-owned business with a committed workforce can provide.
